Everytime a user creates a branch, the branch name has to follow a specific path: DO-NNN-XXXX-title
where:
DO- is a constant part of the title;
NNN are three digits identifing the branch index;
XXXX specifies the branch scope, and must be one of the following three: DEV, BUG, TEST.
